You need to perform in English. What you don't need is to sit in a classroom learning to talk about your weekend or filling in grammar exercises.
Our training programmes focus on what you need to deliver your message clearly, with impact and culturally appropriately. You will be practising and perfecting the things that you really do in English in your work. You will become more confident in your ability to communicate orally and in writing, making you more efficient and better able to perform in the workplace.
You will do a needs analysis before your training starts so we can fully see what you need to focus on, and then continually update this as your training continues. At any time, you can ask to do something specific, or to focus more on one area.
